Bright, spacious Queen Room with good natural light. The TV wall design was fun and adjustable. Staff were caring and helped with breakfast, which was decent. However, the traffic noise from the street was quite bothersome in the early morning, especially from the lower floor. On one occasion, cleaners entered my room unexpectedly at 10 AM, even though checkout was at 12:30 PM. Additionally, the hot water had issues during my stay. They charge for overnight visitors, and communication with the staff about this was inconsistent. Overall, a decent option if you can overlook a few inconveniences.

spacious rooms, bright natural light, adjustable TV wall
The noise level from the street is quite bothersome, especially if your room is on a lower floor. Additionally, the front desk processes seem chaotic and could definitely use some improvement to avoid confusion and delays!!!

The hotel is conveniently located near Zona Rosa.
I encountered several issues during my stay that left me quite frustrated. the hot water was erratic and ran out quickly, which was very inconvenient, especially after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the bathroom had significant water pressure issues, and the toilet clogged easily. The unexpected street noise made sleeping difficult, particularly on the lower floor where I was situated. These factors detracted from what could have been a much more enjoyable experience.

I loved the spaciousness of the Queen Room, which had bright natural light pouring in. The innovative TV wall design was a good surprise, easily adjustable to catch the perfect angle while chilling. Plus, the location made it easy to explore the vibrant Chapinero area without any noise disturbances from neighboring rooms!

The room was quite large and bright, with a nice layout for relaxing. However, there were issues with hot water my first night, and staff responsiveness to requests could be improved significantly. A mix of good space but some nagging service shortcomings.

It was just a fine choice for a little getaway in Bogota with good price-quality ratio. The lobby has a free PC for use, which was handy for printing my boarding pass. Bring earplugs or request a higher floor room to avoid street noise.
